HOW OUR WEDDING FLOWER PROCESS WORKS

1. Explore Your Wedding Flower Options

Before you begin, take a look through our three Wedding Collections below.

They are designed to help you understand the different levels of flowers and service we offer—from simple personal flowers to professionally designed ceremony and reception florals.

2. Complete Our Wedding Flower Questionnaire

Tell us about your wedding date, venue, color palette, floral needs, approximate quantities and budget.

You can also send inspiration photos or a Pinterest board. We use these images to understand the overall style, shape, colors and feeling you love—not necessarily to duplicate an exact arrangement.

3. Receive Your Personalized Floral Proposal

Our wedding and event specialist will review your information and create a detailed floral proposal based on your wedding plans, inspiration and budget.

Your proposal gives us a starting point. Wedding plans evolve, and your flowers can too.

4. Meet With Your Wedding Floral Specialist

Once we have your information and inspiration, we can meet virtually to review your proposal together.

A Zoom consultation makes it easy to share inspiration photos, look at floral ideas and discuss pricing together on-screen—all from your home, office or wherever wedding planning happens to fit into your day.

Prefer an in-person conversation? Couples are also welcome to visit our flower shop and work with our local team.

5. Reserve Your Wedding Date

When you are ready to move forward, a $300 non-refundable retainer reserves your wedding date.

From there, we continue working with you as your wedding develops. Changes can be made until approximately three weeks before the wedding, when floral quantities and flower orders are finalized and final payment is due.

6. We Design, Prepare and Deliver Your Flowers

As your wedding approaches, our professional floral team orders, receives, processes and carefully cares for your flowers before the design process even begins.

Then our designers bring your floral plan to life.

Depending on your wedding and the services selected, flowers may be picked up, delivered, or professionally delivered and set up at your venue.

 

WHICH WEDDING COLLECTION IS RIGHT FOR YOU?

There is no single “right” way to order wedding flowers.

Some couples need only a beautiful bouquet and personal flowers. Others want ceremony arrangements, centerpieces and professional setup.

ELOPEMENT COLLECTION

Best for intimate weddings, elopements and couples who want to keep things beautifully simple.

Start here if you primarily need a bridal bouquet, boutonnière or a small selection of personal flowers without a full custom wedding floral proposal.

SIGNATURE WEDDING COLLECTION

Best for couples planning a traditional wedding with personal flowers plus selected ceremony and reception florals.

This is a great place to start if you need items such as bridal and bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, ceremony arrangements, centerpieces or simple floral décor.

Our Signature Collection allows you to prioritize the areas where flowers will make the biggest impact while keeping your overall floral plan practical and flexible.

LUXURY WEDDING COLLECTION

Best for larger celebrations, elevated floral designs and couples looking for a more floral-forward wedding.

Explore this collection if your vision includes larger ceremony designs, premium flowers, statement arrangements, elevated reception florals or more extensive professional delivery and setup.

Professional Floral Design

Once the floral plan is established, our professional design team brings the vision to life.

Our design team is led by Sandi Yoshihara-Sniff, AIFD, AAF, CFP, whose professional floral knowledge and leadership help guide the flowers created for our weddings and events.

Long before a bouquet reaches a bride's hands, there is an entire process happening behind the scenes.

Flowers are received, checked, processed, hydrated and carefully cared for. Our designers then create each bouquet and arrangement before our delivery and event team makes sure everything gets where it needs to be and is handled with care.

For our couples, that means there is more than one person looking after the details.
